Practical skills and enterprise training that help young people build a livelihood locally.
This programme equips young people with practical skills, confidence and enterprise know-how so they can earn a living in their own communities.
Training is hands-on and linked to what the local economy actually needs — agriculture, trades and small business. Participants leave with a skill they can use, and ongoing support as they put it to work.
